Terms & Conditions

1. Service Use
All services are by appointment only unless otherwise noted. Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to avoid impacting other guests.

2. Health Information
Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medical concerns that could affect their treatment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and reserve the right to refuse service if it presents a health risk.

3. Membership Terms
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member. Member discounts and perks cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Any misuse of member benefits may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and must be used by their expiration date. Packages cannot be split between multiple guests unless specified.

6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure valuables before your session.

7. Conference Room Rentals
Room rentals are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement. Spa services and refreshments must be booked in advance if bundled with rental time.

8. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, perks, and terms at any time without notice. The most current version of our terms will always be available on our website.
